About

Why we built Dashboard

European companies lose weeks every quarter to funding calls they missed, regulatory deadlines that crept up, and market signals scattered across dozens of sources. We built Dashboard to give that work back.

Our mission

Dashboard is built by a small team of engineers, analysts and former municipal procurement officers who have sat on the other side of these problems. We know what it looks like when a great project loses to a paperwork deadline, and we know how much of "competitive intelligence" in Europe is actually a human being with seventeen browser tabs open.

Our product is a single workspace where a team can see every open funding call matched to their profile, every regulatory deadline that touches their sector, and every market signal — funding rounds, hiring, partnerships, regulatory consultations — that should change what they do this week. We do the boring work: deduplicating sources, resolving entity names, translating regulatory text from Portuguese or German, pulling deadlines out of PDF tables, and surfacing the two or three things that actually matter.

We are an EU-based company. Our data lives in the EU. Our model providers are chosen to keep processing inside the EU where it is possible, and the rest of our supply chain is on record. Compliance is not a marketing claim we make later — it is a property we test for in the same sprint we build the feature.

We are small, we ship often, and we answer our own support email. If something in the product is broken, you will hear about the fix from the person who wrote it.

What we believe

Evidence over hype

Every signal we surface has a source attached, a date attached, and a way to check the original. We would rather show you a quiet week of activity than an exciting pattern that turned out to be a press release.

Compliance is a feature

GDPR, the AI Act, the Data Act, the Cyber Resilience Act, NIS2 — we treat the regulatory bar as a deliverable, not a tax. That is why our data lives in the EU by default and why we publish a sub-processor list you can audit.

Human-in-the-loop

AI is the filter, not the verdict. Every recommendation shows its reasoning, every funding call shows the underlying source document, and every digest is something a human on our team would still be willing to put their name on.

A small team, on purpose

We are a small founding team and we have not hired a Head of People to put stock photos on this page. Every person who answers your support email, ships your feature, or runs your migration is listed on the contact page. We plan to grow — slowly, with people who have done the work we are building for — and we will update this page when we do.
