Frequently asked questions
How does pricing work?
Flat monthly fee per workspace — not per seat. The three plans differ in monthly chat quota, included modules (Legal, Prep forms, saved filters) and source coverage, not in per-user pricing. Add or remove team members within your seat ceiling at no extra cost.
How long is the free trial?
14 days, full access to the Essentials plan. No credit card required to start — you only enter payment details when you decide to continue past day 14.
What happens after the 14 days?
Your workspace stays open with read-only access to your saved signals and history. To resume the AI assistant, the chat quota and the full dashboard, pick any plan. We will not charge a card you did not provide.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from the settings screen. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for.
How do I cancel?
One click in settings → Billing → Cancel. Your workspace remains accessible until the end of the current billing period, then switches to read-only. We never ask for a reason and we never make you call.
